Michael Fiacco That’s awesome, who would have guessed that such a normal everyday occurrence could bring such joy. Strange times we are living in. I hope more people will support this brave man by going in and having a cup of coffee.

We're Leading The Way For Free Speech!

Free Speech: Use It Or Lose It!

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances." - First Amendment, U.S. Constitution

What's with this never-ending pandemic, anyway?

How did the COVID pandemic clobber all five liberties contained in the First Amendment?

    1. Freedom to worship - Churches mandated to follow government policies like wearing masks, social distancing, limited attendance, etc.
    2. Freedom of speech - Who has anything to say with a face muzzle over their mouth?
    3. Freedom of the press - Big Tech massively censors anyone and everyone who dares to refute their narrative, including doctors, scientists and other health professionals.
    4. Freedom to assemble peaceably - Between social distancing and capacity limitations, most Americans have simply stayed home.
    5. Freedom to petition the government for a redress of grievances - Because of the state of emergency, government leaders from top to bottom will not even listen to their constituents, much less address their pressing needs.

    What does the Constitution say?

The Department of Justice issued a Statement of Interest brief to support a church's lawsuit against a city for Constitution overreach during the pandemic. The brief stated,

There is no pandemic exception, however, to the fundamental liberties the Constitution safeguards. Indeed, “individual rights secured by the Constitution do not disappear during a public health crisis.” These individual rights, including the protections in the Bill of Rights made applicable to the states through the Fourteenth Amendment, are always in force and restrain government action. (Download here)

    What do you say?

Are you inadvertently practicing self-censorship for fear of being attacked, insulted, browbeat or even cancelled? Do you find it easier to just not speak when others are saying certain things? Are you tired of only hearing one side of the story while the other side gets censored out of existence?

We hear from CFFS members who are scared, intimidated and angry that they can't get a word in edgewise. They are fed up, which leads us to the next point.

It's time to draw the line in the sand and say NO MORE!

This is easier than you think, but only you can throw the switch inside your own head and heart. It doesn't matter how much you compromised or failed in the past. It doesn't matter if you are strong or weak, educated or uneducated, talented or not talented or just lack confidence. Our training program will give you the strength, knowledge and confidence that you need to exercise your First Amendment freedoms. Our Volunteer program will give you tools, materials and strategies on how to  effectively communicate in your own community.
