I guess I don’t fully understand what is meant by a “covered title”. Does that mean a “lesbian” or a “homosexual” or a “transexual”? Exactly how would that work though? You would actually write that on a job application, say at a church or Christian school? Why would someone even do that? I guess I don’t see the implications of this.
