Are materials needed for this training? We recommend the book Citizen Ninja: Stand Up to Power by Mary Baker and the accompanying Citizen Ninja Training Manual for taking notes during each session. Details about ordering the materials will be provided upon registration for the course.

Will I be able to meet other participants in the training? We will be using a webinar platform called Stream Yard, which has a chat feature that allows you to interact with one another and with Mary Baker. We will also share how you can join the Citizen Ninja Freedom Pod on Local Activist to further connect with one another.

I am part of a group, how can we train together? Training your entire team is a great idea! Consider meeting together to either watch the training live or the recorded version, then talk about how you can begin applying the concepts to your group's mission!

Is there a test and will I receive a certificate of completion? Yes and yes! At the end of the training, you'll be invited to complete a short quiz designed to reenforce what you learned. Upon successful completion, you will be awarded a certificate of completion that will be sent to you by email. In addition, you'll be part of a larger group of activists trained The Citizen Ninja Way™ and eligible to participate in more advanced training and programs.
