How And Why To Use The CFFS "No Mask" Card

If you are denied entry to a commercial or public building because you are not wearing a mask, then you have a duty to make an appeal to grant access based on a) your right to make your own personal health choices and b) your Constitutional rights under the First Amendment. Wearing the CFFS "No Mask" card is great tool to accomplish both.

The Big Picture

CFFS No Mask card wearers are making a statement that they do not comply with politically-mandated face mask orders. Wearing a mask has become a symbol of submission to the government as well as to peer pressure. Wearing a CFFS No Mask card is the anti-symbol. CFFS has distributed thousands of No Mask cards around America and its unique color and symbology is easily recognized from a distance. Wear it whenever you leave your home and make a point to engage in a good discussion about it with a few people every week. Be a good ambassador for the First Amendment and freedom to make your own health choices.

Why Wear The CFFS No Mask card

There are two reasons to wear the CFFS No Mask card.

  1. You are exercising your Constitutional right to free speech and the First Amendment. Mandates to wear a face mask and to practice social distancing violate your First Amendment rights to Free Speech and Peaceable Assembly.
  2. You are exercising your right and responsibility to be the sole judge of your own health. If you believe that wearing a mask is detrimental to your health, or if you have an underlying condition that would prevent you from wearing one, then you are opting to not wear one.

Make an Appeal

Making an appeal should be a calm explanation of your position without becoming argumentative or combative. If entry is simply not possible, then you have a choice to make: either walk away or wear a mask for a short period. If you are entering a hospital to visit a loved one, for instance, they will likely not let you in without a mask. For commercial businesses that stubbornly deny entry, you can take your business elsewhere.

Do not threaten personnel with huge fines over violations from the American’s with Disabilities Act (ADA) or the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). With regard to the COVID-19 pandemic, neither agency is enforcing their own regulations to protect the health of American citizens and workers and the courts are not currently interested in forcing them to do so.

The reverse side of the CFFS No Mask card is printed with the First Amendment. With every interaction, you have the opportunity to share what the First Amendment says, why it is important to all Americans and how wearing a mask is a violation of your Free Speech.

CFFS has posted several documents from authoritative sources on the ineffectiveness of face masks to stop the spread of a virus as well as documents showing the health risks of wearing a mask:

Furthermore, CFFS has posted several articles on the unconstitutional nature of COVID-19 mandates:

It is the responsibility of each No Mask card wearer to learn the facts and practice articulating them before getting into a confrontational situation. Nevertheless, the objective should never be to provoke an argument but rather to stimulate an objective and friendly discussion. If that is simply impossible, then be prepared to walk away.

Activities

When you are wearing your CFFS No Mask card, you will find that people often ask you where you got it. Please direct them to the CFFS website. You may also carry an extra card to give to someone who really wants and needs it, but encourage them to go to the CFFS website to join. The CFFS URL is printed on the card and on the lanyard.

Some CFFS No Mask card wearers have donated and asked for several extra cards just in case they have an opportunity to give them away. Some of those ask the recipient for a $5 reimbursement and then come back to CFFS and request more cards.

Conclusion

Many Americans are simply fed up with draconian government mandates to wear face masks, social distance, shutter businesses and regulate every aspect of life outside their home. Whenever our First Amendment rights are in conflict with an Executive Order issued by a government official, the First Amendment must always take priority. Since the government is not currently protecting the First Amendment, it is critical for American citizens to stand firm in the exercise of these rights.

Actions speak louder than words!

Had to stop in to a doctor’s office who is EXTREMELY strict about EVERYONE wearing a mask while in his office….I came in with my lanyard around my neck and he said I would need a mask. Showed him my lanyard and said I cannot wear one due to a medical condition. He let me right in without any push back….although I was there to fix a non-flushing toilet so maybe he made an exception this one time.

Evonne Kohon, it is more appropriately termed “Socialistic Distancing”; don’t you agree?

It took maybe three weeks before I got my cards, but I did get all of them. They work for me! Where I live, nearly everyone wears a face diaper. I even see people with double masks on, and I see those compliance muzzles outside, when none is “required”.

I show my card at the the door, and usually I get a “You’re fine” and I walk right in. Once, someone called the store manager and he read my card and he said, “You’re fine” and I walked right in. A couple of employees asked if I had a mask and I just lifted my card and I said “I am exempt” and without reading it, they say “okay”.

I was concerned that shoppers might give me a difficult time, but not so far. I gave away several and I am going to order more. We need everyone to stand up for our rights or we won’t have any.

I refuse to use the term “social” distancing and I tell people that it is ANTI social distancing, because that is what it is. There is nothing social about standing six feet away from anyone for dubious reasons. The dubious reason is obedience. No thank you.

The cards are NICE! Well done and they look very professional. Be patient! They will arrive as long as ANTIFA or BLM “peacemakers” don’t burn down any more post offices or blow up mailboxes or delivery trucks, spreading “peace” everywhere.

By the way, I live in a heavily infested Democrat area, so I am often the ONLY one sans mask, or maybe one out of two in a store with sometimes hundreds of patrons.

I received my card yesterday, it took about 3 weeks. First stop – Sprouts (grocery). The young man at the entrance immediately asked the mask question and I showed him the card. No problem. Within 1 minute of shopping I was ordered (rudely) to leave by an asst. mgr. California is too far gone!

When I wear my card and walk in to a store that requires a mask, if they confront me about wearing a mask, I hold up my card and tell them that I cannot wear one. Every time, they say “Oh, ok” and let me pass to shop. Most always I get looks from other people like I’m contaminated. No one has ask me about the card. I have had people back away from me like I have the plague. I sent cards to family members.
I appreciate SO much the work that Citizens for Free Speech is doing!!!!!

I want to order the cards but don’t have the extra money to pay for things and not receive them. And if there is no way to contact if you don’t receive your order then it’s like just throwing your money away and with times as they are I can’t take the chance.

I have found, so far, that even if the store mandates masks, I just walk in without one and most of the time no one says anything. I went into a restaurant and the hostess said," you have to wear a mask in here". My reply was, “I refuse to wear a mask for this false pandemic because it violates my 1st amendment rights.” We were escorted to our table without another word.

I ordered my cards 2 weeks ago and haven’t heard a word about delivered date or anything. I know this isn’t the proper thread where to inquire but there isn’t any “contact us” tab on the site either. Can anyone advise?

I live in Toronto. The Mayor mandated masks on the Toronto Transit Commission buses and subway and inside stores. I found out that the Toronto Transit Commission issues “I can’t wear a mask” buttons and cards. I just got mine in the mail today. I’ll be wearing it whenever I go out.

One aspect of wearing a face diaper which seems to have been overlooked is the fact that the mask makes it impossible for the hearing-impared to read lips. I tell those who speak to me “I’m having trouble reading your lips” and they inevitably pull down the mask so we can communicate. If the mask actually did anything to avoid any virus, this process would defeat its purpose. The whole thing is a political fiasco. It’s not about public health; it’s about power and control by two-bit governors, mayors and dogcatchers.

I made a donation and cannot wait to get my cards. I already refuse to wear a mask and if denied entry I just never go back and I will not return EVER. Went to vote the other day and walked in without a mask and not one person said a word to me.

Thank you ….I suffer from GAD (generalized anxiety disorder) and my anxiety ratchets up when I have a mask on and am breathing my own CO2. If I thought it helped the mask actually did something, it would be different…but I know the size of the virus and I know the size of the openings in the fabric of the mask…so should everyone else!!
