Connect with CFFS

Check out our calendar of events, meetings, and trainings hosted by Citizens for Free Speech. We encourage our members to host their own in-person or virtual meet-ups in their states and local communities.

The First Amendment is predicated on gathering, discussing, persuading, strategizing and speaking out on key issues. Meet-ups can be informal and small or formal and large. In today's environment of face masks and social distancing, small Meetups are more typical. The key thing is to get together in face-to-face groups and develop relationships, plan group activities and protests and encourage one another.

How to organize a CFFS Meet-up event: Pick a time, date and location. Create a Meet-up on this calendar. Invite a few friends to RSVP. Send some private invitations by Messenger or Text. Start small but then plan to get bigger with the next Meet-up.

All registered users may log in and submit a calendar event for a Meet-up.

NOTE: This is a monitored calendar and is to be used exclusively for CFFS Meet-ups. No other events are allowed.

    Local Activist

    LocalActivist Access

As you already know, Local Activist is our private and encrypted social media network designed for local activists only. Membership is limited to CFFS Volunteers and the people they personally invite after they have successfully logged into the network site.

As a Volunteer, when you click the RSVP below, a special TAG will be added to your record and you will automatically receive an email with additional instructions.

Since we have a tight integration between the CFFS database and the network site, an account on Activist.CitizensForFreeSpeech will be automatically created. This action may take a day or two to complete, so please be patient. However, when it is complete, you will automatically receive another email with instructions and a link to change your password to something that you will remember. Thereafter, you can direct your browser to Activist.CitizensForFreeSpeech.org and log in using your email address and password.

Please remember to have a picture of yourself ready to add to your Profile on the LocalActivist site, since we do not permit anonymity.

Again, only Volunteers have access to this RSVP page and to the Local Activist social media network.

If you are already working with a local group with people that you trust, you can start making a list of names and email addresses now so that you can invite them to join you in the Local Activist network. If and when they join Local Activist, they will also automatically be added as a CFFS member.
