WHEREAS we recognize the seriousness of the coronavirus (COVID-19) and the need to take strong personal actions to combat its contagion and also the need for local communities to provide for adequate medical care for those who are infected,

WHEREAS Governors, mayors and county sheriffs across the nation are declaring states of emergency under the guise of protecting the public from the coronavirus,

WHEREAS these emergencies have been declared without respect to Civil Liberties contained in the First, Second and Fourth Amendments,

WHEREAS the right to peaceable assembly has been nullified by limiting to very small groups and in some cases declaring that violators will be fined and/or incarcerated,

WHEREAS churches are being forced to abandon physical assemblies in favor of online broadcasting that is not available to a vast number of smaller churches in America,

WHEREAS businesses are being forced out of business because of mandated closure for indefinite periods of time,

WHEREAS the Second Amendment is being violated when government executives, using unchecked power granted them to combat the spread of the Coronavirus, use that power to deny citizens their right to purchase arms and/or ammunition, 

WHEREAS the Fourth Amendment is being violated when citizens are not secure "in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures [that] shall not be violated",

WHEREAS all of these actions are preventing citizens from exercising their Unalienable Rights as guaranteed in the Declaration of Independence, including the right to Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness, 

WHEREAS all elected leaders take an oath of office to "support and defend the Constitution of the United States",

The CFFS Media Coalition is for every radio show host, video content producer or journalist who wants a unified voice against globalist and technocratic censorship. It is essential to stand together!

Citizens for Free Speech (CFFS) was established to promote and enable the practical exercise of Free Speech in communities across America. The battle for the mind being waged at the national and local levels with tightly controlled and biased media, is legendary and generally repulsive to American citizens. 

The First Amendment states,

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Freedom of Speech is nearly synonymous with Freedom of the Press, but both are essential to our right to assemble, whether electronically or in person, and to address the Government over our grievances. The day that we no longer have these rights to open expression will be the day that America turns into a gulag.

The stakes have always been this high! At the founding of our nation, Thomas Jefferson said,

Our liberty depends on the freedom of the press, and that cannot be limited without being lost.

The CFFS mission is to educate local, state and national leaders on the precise meaning of the First Amendment, and to encourage them to defend and support it with everything at their disposal.

Members of Citizens for Free Speech are invited to an exclusive Internet presentation that reveals the true story behind the life and times of Arizona rancher LaVoy Finicum, who was tragically shot down by the FBI and Oregon State troopers on January 26, 2016 in eastern Oregon.

This one hour documentary, LaVoy: Dead Man Talking, reveals what happens when the First Amendment is ignored while aggressive Federal overreach presses personal rights to the extreme.

The First Amendment is a package of rights, including freedom of speech, freedom of the press, freedom to peaceful assembly, and freedom to redress the government of grievances against them. Each one of these were methodically violated over a long period of time, leading up to the senseless and unwarranted shooting of this courageous Arizona rancher, who only wanted to enjoy the rights to his lawfully-obtained personal property without excessive government intrusion. 

America should take this as a wake-up call as to why the First Amendment was placed first: it is the first protection against all forms of tyranny. The second President of the United States, John Adams, stated,

“The moment the idea is admitted into society that property is not as sacred as the laws of God, and that there is not a force of law and public justice to protect it, anarchy and tyranny commence.” (1787)

LaVoy Finicum was, and still is, a victim of "label-lynching" that is so prevalent in today's twisted and dysfunctional political environment. Just to set the record straight, he was never a member of any militia nor a member of the so-called "sovereign citizen" movement. Most certainly, he was not a "domestic terrorist" as was falsely claimed by the FBI.

This documentary, free for CFFS members, will be shown live in a webinar format, requiring a computer, laptop or tablet device. You will hear from LaVoy Finicum's widow, Jeannette Finicum, as well as from the film's producer, Mark Herr, Executive Director of Center for Self Governance. 

This is a must-see documentary for everyone who loves and respects the U.S. Constitution, and in particular, the First Amendment.
