The coronavirus pandemic has amped up vaccine makers, scientists and researchers to come up with a new global vaccine that would save the world from its virus-laden self. It's 'all hands on deck' and money is no object - just get it done! In the meantime, the pro-vaccine machine is already laying down a carpet bomb of propaganda to smear anyone and everyone who has something negative to say about vaccines.Read more
As America panics over the fear of COVID-19, authorities and companies alike are railing against the unethical practice of price gouging, or jacking up prices to unreasonable levels during times of emergency. However, regulatory gouging by overzealous elected and civic leaders is getting a free pass in the name of curtailing the spread of the virus. As a result, the First Amendment is getting hammered.Read more
Patrick Wood published CASE Act Of 2019 Could Destroy The Internet As We Know It in Blog 2019-08-02 10:57:40 -0700
Duplicate bills have been introduced into the House and Senate that could permanently destroy free speech as seen in memes and pictures. The CASE Act of 2019, or Copyright Alternative in Small-Claims Enforcement Act of 2019, provides for a $15,000 fine for sharing other people's memes or pictures, which can be levied in a "Copyright Small Claims" administrative court.
If you are ready to join the fight to protect property rights, then you are in the right place!
American Policy Center (APC) has teamed up with Citizens for Free Speech to further enable APC's nationwide Property Rights Network to more effectively push back against odious UN initiatives like Agenda 21, 2030 Agenda and New Urban Agenda. These policies are patently anti-American, anti-Free Enterprise, and very destructive to the fabric of our nation.
Citizens for Free Speech has created a unique private and encrypted social media network called LocalActivist.org, for exclusive use by local activists who are actively engaged in the fight, such as yourself!
LocalActivist.org is a community-centric social media platform that enables users to connect with other like-minded people in their own area, to see and post community Events and to join with local Groups that have been established for specific local issues like Property Rights! The LocalActivist network removes the biggest roadblock to achieving successful exercise of the First Amendment, that is, the inability to get connected or 'plugged in'.
Getting started is easy. Just enter your information below and click the Submit button. Then, look for and click the red button in the right-hand column called "Local Activists Click Here..." to get more details and directions on joining LocalActivist.org.
I look forward to seeing you at LocalActivist.org!

LaVoy: Dead Man Talking
Exclusively for members of Citizens for Free Speech
Thursday, November 8th, 7:00PM Eastern
Members of Citizens for Free Speech are invited to an exclusive Internet presentation that reveals the true story behind the life and times of Arizona rancher LaVoy Finicum, who was tragically shot down by the FBI and Oregon State troopers on January 26, 2016 in eastern Oregon.
This one hour documentary, LaVoy: Dead Man Talking, reveals what happens when the First Amendment is ignored while aggressive Federal overreach presses personal rights to the extreme.
The First Amendment is a package of rights, including freedom of speech, freedom of the press, freedom to peaceful assembly, and freedom to redress the government of grievances against them. Each one of these were methodically violated over a long period of time, leading up to the senseless and unwarranted shooting of this courageous Arizona rancher, who only wanted to enjoy the rights to his lawfully-obtained personal property without excessive government intrusion.
America should take this as a wake-up call as to why the First Amendment was placed first: it is the first protection against all forms of tyranny. The second President of the United States, John Adams, stated,
“The moment the idea is admitted into society that property is not as sacred as the laws of God, and that there is not a force of law and public justice to protect it, anarchy and tyranny commence.” (1787)
Trailer - LaVoy: Dead Man Talking
LaVoy Finicum was, and still is, a victim of "label-lynching" that is so prevalent in today's twisted and dysfunctional political environment. Just to set the record straight, he was never a member of any militia nor a member of the so-called "sovereign citizen" movement. Most certainly, he was not a "domestic terrorist" as was falsely claimed by the FBI.
This documentary, free for CFFS members, will be shown live in a webinar format, requiring a computer, laptop or tablet device. You will hear from LaVoy Finicum's widow, Jeannette Finicum, as well as from the film's producer, Mark Herr, Executive Director of Center for Self Governance.
This is a must-see documentary for everyone who loves and respects the U.S. Constitution, and in particular, the First Amendment.
If you are not already a member of CFFS but want to come to this premiere Internet viewing, please sign up below. All fields are required except for checkboxes. We protect your privacy: your information will never be shared or sold to anyone or to any other organization.Sign up
LocalActivist.org is a project funded and developed by Citizens for Free Speech. It is an exclusive social media platform designed to support local activists who want to make changes in their local communities.
Membership in LocalActivist.org is limited to those who are pro-U.S. Constitution and already engaged in local activity or those who are ready and willing to engage. Thus, it is not intended to be a replacement social media platform for any other network, including Facebook or Twitter.
The LocalActivist.org motto is: "LESS TALK, MORE ACTION".
First, CFFS believes that the First Amendment only has value to the extent that it is acted out where we live. It is not an esoteric concept for free speech, freedom of the press, assembling together, etc. It is only seen and experienced through our actions.
Second, our local cities, towns and counties are overrun with a myriad of bad policies and government overreach. Much of this stems from United Nations-inspired policies such as Agenda 21, Sustainable Development, 2030 Agenda, Common Core Education Standards, environmental radicalism, etc.
These noxious weeds can only be removed and cleaned up by local citizens who are not only fed up, but are willing to roll up their sleeves and get to work. It's more than just talking about the problems; it's about creating and implementing solutions.
If this is you, then you are encouraged to head over to LocalActivist.org and get involved! Connect with people in your area, locate local or area groups to join, find important events, and more.
When you join, you must agree to the Terms of Service, including use of your real name and posting a real picture of yourself.
The CFFS Media Coalition is for every radio show host, video content producer or journalist who wants a unified voice against globalist and technocratic censorship. It is essential to stand together!
Citizens for Free Speech (CFFS) was established to promote and enable the practical exercise of Free Speech in communities across America. The battle for the mind being waged at the national and local levels with tightly controlled and biased media, is legendary and generally repulsive to American citizens.
The First Amendment states,
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
Freedom of Speech is nearly synonymous with Freedom of the Press, but both are essential to our right to assemble, whether electronically or in person, and to address the Government over our grievances. The day that we no longer have these rights to open expression will be the day that America turns into a gulag.
The stakes have always been this high! At the founding of our nation, Thomas Jefferson said,
Our liberty depends on the freedom of the press, and that cannot be limited without being lost.
The CFFS mission is to educate local, state and national leaders on the precise meaning of the First Amendment, and to encourage them to defend and support it with everything at their disposal.
Please stand with CFFS as we stand for you - join the Media Coalition today!Sign up

Americans who still believe in the Constitution and the protections it offers are more in line with Classic Liberals than modern conservatives. Unfortunately, the word 'liberal' has been highjacked by leftists, Marxists, Socialists and Communists. It has not always been that way. Many of our founding fathers considered themselves to be Classic Liberals and the Constitution reflects many of those values.Read more

Americans Are Waking Up To The Destruction Of First Amendment Rights
Many Americans realize that the radical political mandates to wear face masks and practice social distancing are egregious violations of the First Amendment. A large chunk of Americans simply cannot wear face masks because of pre-existing health conditions. Others believe that face masks pose a serious risk to their health, and do not believe the government has any authority to force such harm upon them.
More importantly, face masks and social distancing grossly impede our right to Free Speech and Peaceable Assembly.
Now is the time to draw the line in the sand and say NO MORE!
No Government Official Can Overrule the First Amendment
The Department of Justice recently issued a Statement of Interest brief to support a church's lawsuit against a city for Constitution overreach. The brief stated,
There is no pandemic exception, however, to the fundamental liberties the Constitution safeguards. Indeed, “individual rights secured by the Constitution do not disappear during a public health crisis.” These individual rights, including the protections in the Bill of Rights made applicable to the states through the Fourteenth Amendment, are always in force and restrain government action. (Download here)
Apparently, government officials missed the part about "restrain government action." (But now, that is where YOU come in...)
CFFS Is Ready To Fight For You And With You!
If you are fed up with government overreach, draconian mandates to muzzle your voice and First Amendment rights and putting your own health at risk, then please stand with us by joining below. There is no charge to join, but you can certainly support us by donating.
After you join below, you will be directed to a donate page to consider receiving a card and lanyard as pictured below. This is OPTIONAL, but if you feel strongly that you must make a statement in your community, this is the card to display around your neck!
CFFS Members have reported very good results from wearing this card. Steve from Idaho City wrote,
"Can I get another badge/lanyard that you sent to us? They are coming down on us heavy with the mandatory mask thing in our area. My wife has used the badge/lanyard you sent us multiple times, and it works to ward off the tyrranists"
Many merchants and organizations will "honor" your wishes and not require you to wear a mask. For all who would dispute your rights, the First Amendment is conveniently printed on the reverse side, giving you an opportunity to educate them on THEIR Constitutional rights as well.
Please tell a friend. Bring them here. Work with them in your local community. Don't give in and don't give up!

Citizens for Free Speech (CFFS) is established to promote and enable the practical exercise of Free Speech in communities across America. The battle for the mind being waged at the national level with tightly controlled and biased media, is legendary and generally repulsive to American citizens. However, the remedy is not found at the national level, but rather in our local communities.
The First Amendment states,
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
Note that Freedom of Speech is nestled between the 'free exercise' of religion, the right to peaceably assemble and the right to petition the Government to redress grievances. The writers clearly intended to link Free Speech to purposeful actions, and especially within peaceable assemblies for the purpose of redressing grievances. Free Speech was never intended to be just a mental exercise, but rather a practical and outward expression of your thoughts and opinions. Free Speech was never intended to be the right to shoot off one's mouth with irresponsible or vulgar rhetoric.
Free Speech finds its true application in your own local community. If it is not exercised, it shrivels. This is the exact reason local activism is in tatters: People of sound mind have shirked their responsibility to sound off.
Your endorsement is one of the most important statements that you can make. This demonstrates your commitment to the concept of Free Speech to our national fabric and culture.Endorse
